- 1x Baguette
- 1x Avocado
- 50g Bacon
- 1 Tomate
- 4 Scheiben Käse
- Prepare the bacon, mash the avocado and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread a layer of butter on one side of each bread slice and placed that side down on the griddle over medium heat, turn sides and lay queso on top until the bread is toasty and the cheese starts to melt.
- Layer the guacamole, lettuce, bacon, and tomato between your two slices.
